I didn't even bring swimsuits because it was in the mid 60's so I thought it would be too cold. But the sun was nice and warm and of course kids will go in the water, regardless of the water temp - so they had a blast!
We saw a bunch of dolphins and we also saw a seal.
The water was soooo clear - and we had the beach pretty much all to ourselves!

I sure had fun with the kids that day. I was amazed that they would just peal down to thier undies and play in the ocean. I also was shocked at how the big ole seagul got into the bottom of your big beach bag and hauled off the goodies. It cracked me up to see you chasing the bird away!!
So beautiful! How fun to have a day at the beach with mom and the kids!
P.S. I for sure want to go to that spot the next time I visit. I know we saw in from the hwy before. I'm glad you got it all figured out. You know how I love to be on watch for dolphins and seals!
